How do I know if my hair can handle balayage in one session?

It depends on your starting color and condition. If your hair has been previously colored, relaxed, or highlighted, we may need to prep it over multiple sessions to avoid damage. The honest answer is that we tell you during your consultation, not after we’ve already started. We offer complimentary 20-minute color consultations before booking any color service.

How long does balayage last before I need to come back?

Well-done balayage is designed to grow out gracefully. Most clients come back every 12–16 weeks for a toner refresh and possible rebalance. If you’re lighter or doing highlights, maintenance is typically every 8–10 weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeline based on your specific look during your consultation.

Do you take walk-ins?

We’re appointment-only for color services - most color appointments take 2.5–4 hours and can’t be accommodated same-day without notice. We do occasionally have same-day availability for haircuts, which you can see in our online booking. Text us at (512) 555-0163 and we’ll check.

What happens if I don’t like my color?

Call us within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll bring you back in at no additional charge to adjust the result. We don’t offer refunds on services already rendered, but we absolutely make it right if you’re not happy with the outcome of what we agreed to in your consultation.
